Wanting to clearly define the heart of the city, the Bethesda Urban Partnership highlighted two unique cornerstones of the downtown area; Bethesda Row and Woodmont Triangle. In keeping the visitity clean and concise for the viewer they could focusing on the city’s best assets.
The goal of the Bethesda Urban Partnership was to showcase all the cultural, natural and entertainment venues downtown. Targeting both commercial and residential real estate, as well as highlight what is currently under development and encourage lease-up. In addition vistity will be used as a website tool to assist with relocation planning and attracting visitors.
Being in close proximity to Washington DC, Bethesda is a prime location for large goverment or commercial development or tenancy. In addition, people that are looking for a suburban community outside the hustle of DC could find a good fit living in Bethesda.
We delivered a suite of tools: 360-degree drone images, captivating aerial videos, and detailed profiles of hundreds of points of interest, all enriched with data and narratives from downtown Roanokes economic reports. Vistity provides a comprehensive, engaging view of the district's landscape, progress, and potential, making it more than just a map. It’s an immersive digital showcase of Downtown Roanokes vibrancy and growth— positioning the District as a forward-thinking district ready for business.Bethesda highlighted some of the favorite venues in the downtown by using 360 degree drone imagery. These 360 panos were used as a canvas to highlight small and large business. Using the vistity POI marker BUP was able to curate details about these LOCAL businesses and new developments encouraging economic growth for their constituents.
With the ability to control and curate how others see the city, Bethesda Urban partnership was able to highlight the best. No one knows your city better than you- vcistity lets you creatively express what is special and show the place in its best light.
